Sacha was born in the Republic of Georgia and has travelled and lived in numerous countries, meeting lots of people from different cultures. By the time he was 18, he realised that Businesses can create great changes. With this in mind he decided, 'What better way than to create positive change, than to create it through Business?' Acknowledging that businesses exist as a result of their communities, environment and people, Sacha wanted to give back. Half. So he created the Sachas 50/50 Business Model where 50% of the profits made from the sale of all Sachas products go to Sachas Love. 100% of Sachas Love is used to give back to the community.

So just after his 18th Birthday, Sacha set off to start Sachas. In the same year he also started writing a motivational and life-skills book for teenagers (and adults), which he designed and published in 2010. Teens Big Dreams, as it became known, has been read by, and has inspired, people of all ages from all over the world. The book is already being implemented into a school's curriculum and has received official recommendation from the Lord Mayor, John Chedid. In October 2010, Sacha was also selected by Anthill Online as one of Australia's top 30 Entrepreneurs Under The Age Of 30.

In the past few years, Sacha has also become a recognised national Australian speaker. To date he has run workshops for Microsoft, Golden Key Asia Pacific Conference, Schools, Universities and other public organisations like the Midnight Basketball Program. Sacha has also spoken as a Keynote Speaker at a Public Forum on the topic "Can Generation Y lead us into the Future?", TEDx 2010, the World's First and Only Mobile School, Golden Key New Member Reception, Falun Dafa and for many other organisations.

On the 1st February 2011, keeping in line with his vision of inspiring others, Sacha launched Stories - A Place Where People Inspire People.

And only two months later, Sacha launched Sachas Fashion with the introduction of the Sachas Tees. Sachas Fashion is the First Fashion Label in the World where 50% of Profits go to Sachas Love.
