Our vision is to make this world a better, more positive place. And through Sachas Love, we bring this vision to life. We care deeply about inspiration, and so we send Daily Inspirational Phone Messages to people all over the world. We also share Inspiring Life Stories, and for teenagers that can't afford our book Teens Big Dreams, we give them free copies through Teens Initiative. We give Work Experience at Sachas and connect young people interested working in an industry with those people already working there. And this is just the start. With free Life Support, Mentoring, Counselling, Sponsorships and more, we're truly bringing our vision to life. Every single day. | ||
Sachas 50/50 is our way of making this vision come to life. After all, like any philanthropic arm of a company, we need to be able to have the resources to run. So, how do we do it? Very simply. When founding Sachas, our founder Sacha decided to create an entirely new business model that he called 50/50. This means that 50% of the profits from our sales go into Sachas Love, where 100% of the funds go to fulfilling our vision of making our world a better, more positive place. |

| In 2012, Sacha wanted to do something extra. He wanted to bring even more inspiration to this World. So he thought about different ways he could do this, and realised that he could send Daily Inspirational Phone Messages. He started sending the Inspirational Messages the next day, and there are now close to 400 people in 17 countries receiving them every day. | If you've read Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell, you might remember this fantastic point, "To build a better world we need to replace the patchwork of lucky breaks and arbitrary advantages that today determine success – the fortunate birth dates and the happy accidents of history – with a society that provides opportunities for all". We couldn't agree more, and that's why one of the fundamental parts of Sachas Love is in providing resources and opportunities to people so that they are equipped to find and follow their passions and dreams. And we do this in many different ways. |

We believe that education means more than just knowing the inside's and out of textbooks. Actually, it's much more than that. And that's why Teens Big Dreams, written by our founder Sacha, is having such a profound impact on people all over the world. It's a motivational and life skills book that provides people with life skills normally not taught in schools and universities. We believe in the teachings of Teens Big Dreams so much, that when young people can't afford it or want to be inspired, we give them a free copy. We call this program Teens Initiative, and it's having a massively powerful impact on young people. After receiving Teens Big Dreams through Teens Initiative, Charbel went on to fulfill his dream of starting a band. And Lara, inspired to follow her passion for hospitality, decided to enroll in a course to learn more. How awesome is that! |
| One of the best ways of figuring out our passions and dreams is by trying different things. Another way is to find out first hand what the experience is like from people already pursuing that passion, dream or career. So we decided to create Sachas Connect that does exactly that. If you're a young person interested in a certain career path, such as architecture, design, law, medicine, or something like forensic science, but don't know anyone in that field to speak to, just let us know. We'll put you in touch with someone we know. We also have something we call Sachas Work Experience where over a week, young people experience what it's like to run the global brand, Sachas. Already, we've had Amy, Andrew and Madie who've done Work Experience, and quite simply, they didn't want to leave at the end of the week! |

| Mentoring and Sharing Wisdom In the past, knowledge, mentorship and wisdom was passed down through the elders in generations. We carry on this tradition by mentoring young, and old, people, and passing on and sharing knowledge and wisdom. | Life Support When Sacha runs a rivetting workshop, delivers an inspiring keynote speech, or gives powerful business advice to schools, universities and companies around the world, that's just the start of a brand new relationship. Sacha gives his details to all participants of his talks and keeps in touch with them by email, sms, phone and Facebook message, providing Life Support when they need it. | ||

| Giving is incredibly important to us. And so we do a lot of it. There are a lot of organisations doing a world good, and through our sponsorships we're doing what we can to help them continue doing their amazing work. We've sponsored the Kidney Kar Rally, Top Blokes Foundation, IMCOLOURBLIND, Think Global School, Step Out Australia, Audio High School, TEDx, Project Australia and the Perth Fire Relief Concert where a copy of Teens Big Dreams reached $90 in an auction – over twice it's price! |

We know that the start is usually one of the hardest parts of starting any venture. Banks won't invest until they see hard numbers and proof that an idea will work, and in the meantime, what is one supposed to do for start-up resources? | Community involvement is another very important part of what we do. One community group that we're especially passionate about is Feel Teal Club, founded by Deb Stevens. The Feel Teal Club raises much needed awareness of Ovarian Cancer, focusing importantly on an early diagnosic screening test.
