When Sacha started Sachas, he set out to change the world and make it a better, more positive place. But he understood that to create real change, something had to change in the way businesses were run. After all, were it not for the people, communities, environment and the society as a whole, businesses wouldn't have the resources to operate. And so, it should be a moral responsibility of each business to give back. Sachas Love is our way of giving back, and is the philanthropic arm of Sachas.

A Revolutionary Business Model
So, how does Sachas Love work? Actually, it's quite simple. And it has to do with our Revolutionary Business Model, Sachas 50/50. Whenever anyone buys a product or service through Sachas, 50% of the profits automatically go to Sachas Love.
Sachas covers 100% of all the administrative costs of Sachas Love, so 100% of the money in Sachas Love, go to deliver the amazing programs we run. And, in the last year and a half since we started, we have done a lot. We inspire people around the world every day by sending free Daily Inspirational Phone Messages. We also provide countless of opportunities through our Opportunities Tier. One program we run is called Teens Initiative, where we provide copies of Teens Big Dreams to teenagers and young people who want to be inspired, but might not be able to get the book through normal means. Another program is Sachas Connect, where we connect teenagers and young people interested in a certain field with working professionals already in that industry. And we provide Work Experience to students interested in seeing how Sachas operates. And that's not to mention our Essentialy Reading Library where students can borrow books, or Inspire Another, where people share their stories of inspiring others.
We Help A Lot, and Give A Lot
We're also constantly Helping and Giving through different avenues. We give free Mentoring to people, and also Counselling if they are going through problems such as depression. On top of that, we're continually sponsoring organisations, such as TEDx, Top Blokes and other organisations with the amazing work that they do. We even provide Venture Capital Funding to young entrepreneurs, and through our Community Tier, support people doing inspiring things in our community.

Teens Big Dreams, the motivational and life-skills book written by our founder, Sacha, is having a profound impact on countless lives around the World. It has inspired kids through to adults to pursue their passions and dreams. Now, we're introducing Teens Big Dreams Mentor – a way for people passionate about the teachings in Teens Big Dreams, to mentor another person using the book. That's exactly what the Opportunity Tier is about. It's about Sachas Love providing real opportunities for young people to become successful in whatever field they choose. The more opportunities young people have to pursue, the more well-rounded and educated individuals we'll have in our world, and the more people that will start following their heart and true-calling.
Teens Initiatve
One of the most important things we can get is education. Through the knowledge we get through education, we are able to guide ourselves in life. We also become equipped with the necessary tools and skills that will empower us in the very things we decide to do.
That's why we created Teens Initiative, a program where we provide free copies of Teens Big Dreams to teenagers who may not have the resources to buy it outright. Through the teachings of Teens Big Dreams, each young person becomes equipped to follow their passions and dreams.
Take Lara and Charbel as an example. After receiving and reading Teens Big Dreams, Lara was inspired to follow her passion in hospitality and enrolled in a course to follow this passion. And Charbel, at only 14 years of age, went on to follow his dream of starting a band. Not only did he start the band, but it also came second in the school annual Battle of the Bands - Wow!

Essential Reading Library
We are so passionate about books, we couldn't help ourselves – we just had to start our own Library. The Essential Reading Library contains books that we believe should be essential reading for everyone; and we're starting off with Teens Big Dreams by Sacha, and How to Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie.
The Essential Reading Library is open to any teenager and/or school student at, or under, the age of 17. All you have to do is let us know which book you'd like to borrow, and we'll send it to you. Once you've read it, and within two weeks, we ask that you send it back to us. Then, we ask that you let us know what your learnt and got out of the book. It's really that simple!
Connect
One of the hardest decisions for young people is in choosing a career or profession that they might like to pursue. How good would it be if a young person could be connected with professionals already working in the industry that they are interested in? Wouldn't that be a great way to get a little background knowledge of what they're getting into?

Work Experience
At Sachas, we are humbled by the opportunity to share our knowledge with young people around the world. In late June 2011, a Year 10 Student by the name of Andrew, became the first person to do a week of Work Experience at Sachas. And what a week! Andrew got a taste of all aspects of running a Global Brand. Then, in November and December, we had another two Work Experience students, Amy and Madie, and they didn't want to leave! Helping and Giving
Something that we are truly proud of is that we are able to help and give back to others in countless ways. Through Mentoring and Counselling, we are able to empower individuals to be positive, and lead healthy and happy lives. And through Sponsorships of organisations such as TEDx, Kidney Kar Rally, Top Blokes Foundation, IMCOLOURBLIND Incorporated and more, we are able to support organisations that are doing a world of good in the world.
Mentoring and Passing of Wisdom
In the past, knowledge, mentorship and wisdom was passed down through the elders in generations. We carry on this tradition by mentoring young, and old, people, and passing on and sharing knowledge and wisdom.
Counselling
It is truly tragic to see the amount of young people in depression, and facing lots of home and school problems. Through our counselling and continual communications with those that are going through tough times, we are able to truly help those in need.
Life Support
Life Support is one of our most amazing initiatives. After Sacha's workshops with young people, Sacha provides his email, mobile number and Facebook details so that the students can contact him for any personal life support that they might need.

Kidney Kar Rally In late 2011, we sponsored a Kidney Kar Rally Driver with a copy of Teens Big Dreams, and a Sachas Tee, which were donated to school children.
Top Blokes Foundation (Formely Best Catch Foundation) Sachas Love sponsored the 2010 Best Catch Event, run and organised by Melissa Abu-Gazaleh, whose Life Story appeared in Teens Big Dreams. We also provided copies of Teens Big Dreams as congratulatory prizes for the five Best Catch finalists.
Perth Fire Relief Concert On April 2, 2011, entertainer Clara Helms, along with Rod Slater, ran the Kelmscott-Roleystone Fire Relief 'WOW" Concert. Sachas Love was a proud sponsor of the event, providing a signed copy of Teens Big Dreams for the Auction. Teens Big Dreams reached $90 in the Auction (over twice its price) and the Concert raised over $10,000. All of the proceeds of the Charity Fund Raising Auction went to the Lord Mayors Disaster Relief Fund.
TEDx 2010 Sachas Love sponsored the TEDx 2010 event where Sacha spoke. TEDx is a program of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
Project Australia Sachas Love was a proud sponsor of the Project Australia Trivia Night held on the 4th November 2010. Project Australia is a community organisation helping creative people launch not-for-profit ideas that focus on Australian needs.
IMCOLOURBLIND Incorporated In 2011, Sachas Love donated copies of Teens Big Dreams to IMCOLOURBLIND, which sent the books to immigration detention centres across Australia. Copies were also sent to Aboriginal communities. IMCOLOURBLIND Incorporated is a Registered Charity started by Rob Wetton.
Think Global School In February 2011, Sacha ran a workshop on Leadership for the students of Think Global School. At the end, he donated a copy of Teens Big Dreams to each student so that they could all continue following their Passions and Dreams. Think Global School is the First and Only Mobile School in the World. Every Year, its student travel and study in three different countries.
Step Out Australia In August 2010, Sacha donated a copy of Teens Big Dreams to each member of the NSW Step Out team, to help them continue creating positive change in the world. Step Out is a group of World Youth International, which is an international development organisation that offers people over the age of 18 the opportunity to volunteer overseas in a meaningful way.
Audio High School Through Sachas Love, we have provided a copy of Teens Big Dreams to Nathan Murphy, the Founder of AudioHighSchool, as well as business development mentoring. AudioHighSchool provides Audio versions of textbooks for High School students.
Resources
One of our first Tiers at Sachas Love, is Opportunity. Coupled with the right Resources, opportunities provide the avenue for young people to shine and show their true colours of what they are capable off. This is especially true for creators who require resources to start up their enterprises.
That's one of the main reasons that we've started a Venture Capital Fund, and one unlike any other. We don't take any ownership or stake in the venture, allowing the entrepreneur to keep full ownership of their creations. Instead, we focus on providing help and assistance in the set up and growth of their work.
Venture Capital Funding
We've already provided Venture Capital Funding to a young Brand called Serg. Serg was started by 15 Year Old Sergei, who designs and creates custom furtniture designs. We've been helping him with the technology and infrastructure of his Brand. Want to see his creations? Visit Serg Today
Community
Something else that we are extremely passionate about at Sachas Love is our work with the community, and different community organisations that are creating positive change. We should all be active members and role models within our community. That way, each of us can have a positive influence on others.
Community Support for Feel Teal Club
Sachas Love is a big supporter of the work of Deb Stevens and the Feel Teal Club, which she both created and founded. Through the Feel Teal Club, Deb Stevens raises much needed awareness of Ovarian Cancer, focusing importantly on an early diagnosic screening test.
